45,000 – 55,000 plus bonus potential About Our Community Healthcare System At Our Community Healthcare System , we are committed to delivering accessible, preventative, and compassionate care to underserved populations—especially seniors. Our programs are designed to improve patient outcomes through wellness checks, nutrition support, mobile health services, and coordinated care. We are expanding our outreach team and seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Representative to build new relationships, strengthen referral partnerships, and help bring our services to more patients who need them most. Position Overview The Business Development Representative will lead external engagement efforts with primary care clinics, geriatric providers, senior living communities, and other healthcare partners. This role requires a mix of outreach, strategy, and relationship management to grow our footprint and impact in the community. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and establish new partnerships with senior centers, providers, case managers, and healthcare organizations Schedule and attend meetings with medical directors, practice managers, and referral sources to present our services Collaborate with internal care coordination and communications teams to ensure a seamless onboarding of partner sites Track progress in CRM software, report KPIs, and refine strategy based on performance data Attend community events, expos, and health fairs to represent Our Community Healthcare System Educate potential partners on the benefits of preventative care programs and outcomes tracking Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business development, community engagement, or healthcare outreach Strong understanding of healthcare operations, referrals, and senior-focused services Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfort with public speaking Ability to manage and grow professional relationships with healthcare providers and administrators Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Medicare populations or senior health programs Familiarity with home health, mobile medical units, or preventative care delivery models Established network in the local healthcare community Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Supportive team culture and growth opportunities Mission-driven work that makes a difference in communities Join Our Community Healthcare System and help us build a healthier tomorrow—one partnership at a time.
