Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Be the face of Progressive Lighting by greeting and acknowledging every customer promptly. Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure every customer feels valued.
Product Expertise:
Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings to effectively meet customer needs and preferences.
Professional Presentation:
Represent our brand with pride by adhering to our company dress code and maintaining a polished appearance.
Sales Initiatives:
Stay informed about and actively participate in all company promotions and sales initiatives to maximize opportunities.
Ethics & Compliance:
Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Merchandising & Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining store displays, tagging products, and ensuring the store is always neat, organized, and visually appealing.
Order Management:
Provide exceptional follow-up on all orders, including timely communication with customers regarding product arrivals, shipment scheduling, and more.
Closing Sales:
Use your sales expertise to close deals, upsell additional products, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the store manager, following their guidance and supporting special projects to ensure store success.
Record Keeping:
Keep all files, records, and reports up-to-date and organized in line with company standards.
Sales Floor Presence:
Be a constant presence on the sales floor during peak times to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
