In this role, you will be creating custom makeup products for customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers during their experience to create a custom shade/ color for their lipstick or lip gloss, interacting and engaging with customers in a friendly manner, and maintaining an organized store environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them during their experience or party. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional beauty and skincare products. Properly executing customer checkout. Assist customers directly with creating their desired makeup product. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and retail math calculations. Understanding of color theory is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, primarily weekends.
