Job Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial property development through market research and networking. Develop strategic sales plans to drive growth in targeted markets for new and ongoing projects. Build strong client relationships, seeking upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. B2B connections with brokers, contractors, municipal authorities and other relevant organizations. Report regularly to management on sales performance and market developments.
