Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator to join our growing sales team. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying high-quality leads for our justice technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in research, outbound communication, and lead nurturing, with a strong interest in the public sector and GovTech space.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients in government and justice-related sectors Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the business development team Accurately maintain lead information in Salesforce CRM Collaborate with marketing and sales to support outreach campaigns Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on referrals and past contacts Contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline and achievement of monthly goals
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently Interest in justice, law enforcement, or government technology is a plus
Preferred:
Experience with GovTech, SaaS, or legal/public safety sectors Familiarity with electronic monitoring, GPS tracking or similar solutions Prior work in or with law enforcement, courts, or community supervision
