Sales Team Leader Crate and Barrel Outlet 5300 Peachtree Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30341 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals . Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members. Oversee Clienteling efforts and weekly communication with customers. Perform social media, instagram marketing: posting inventory, clienteling with customers, posting advertisements promoting store promos and events. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer engagement. Contribute to receiving, processing shipment and placement on the sales floor not limited to Furniture, lighting, rugs, and housewares merchandise. Ensure that all customer interactions reflect the company’s commitment to outstanding service. Collaborate with management to develop promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating others. Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
