The Sales Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the President of CrossLink with a dotted line to division leaders. You will assist and support these sales divisions with a wide variety of administrative tasks. The focus of the job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and an inherent ability to multitask. Salary Range•$55,000•$65,000 w/ a $5,000 Bonus Potential.

Scope of Role Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between internal and external contacts to ensure timely and accurate completion of requests, including data, materials, and related tasks. Provide exceptional customer service and proactive follow-up to field sales representatives regarding processes, deadlines, and special projects Support onboarding and credentialing processes for new and existing sales representatives. Coordinate logistics and scheduling for sales representative and multiple division leaders. Assist with marketing initiatives, including presentations, formal correspondence, and reporting. Contribute to team success by taking initiative, embracing new challenges, and completing additional duties as needed. Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently. Maintain a collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude in high-pressure situations. Exhibit strong critical thinking, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Operate with integrity, accountability, and discretion, consistently supporting company values and maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 3-5 years of professional experience Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem solving. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational abilities Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Physical & Location Demands This Sales Administrative Coordinator role primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting while working at a computer. The position requires frequent use of hands for typing, using a mouse, and other computer-related tasks. The candidate must be able to read and interpret information on a screen for extended periods and have the ability to hear and communicate clearly over phone or video calls. Occasionally, there may be light lifting of objects, such as laptops or office supplies, typically weighing less than 25 pounds.
