Position:
Used Car Sales Representative We’re on the hunt for a confident, goal-oriented sales professional who thrives on delivering results and building real connections with customers. If you’re a self-starter who loves cars, knows how to close a deal, and is ready to make serious commissions, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in and online leads — no cold calling required Actively listen to customer needs and match them with the right vehicle Conduct professional, informative test drives Present financing and warranty options confidently Negotiate deals that are a win-win for both customer and dealership Close sales efficiently while ensuring all documentation is accurate Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals Stay current on inventory, pricing, and market trends Consistently hit (or exceed) monthly sales goals What You Bring to the

Previous experience in auto sales or general sales is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right candidate Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A strong closer’s mindset with a positive, professional attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record High school diploma or GED required
