Start your journey with part-time paid training ($20/hr) and the opportunity to earn commissions. After a brief training period (typically a couple of weeks), qualified candidates will transition into a full-time Sales Representative role—with the potential to earn over $100,000 per year .
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through canvassing and company-provided tools Communicate effectively with homeowners and build strong client relationships Manage customer expectations throughout the sales and installation process Perform roof inspections and assessments (must be comfortable walking on roofs) Guide clients through insurance claim processes when applicable
