Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Valid Louisiana Driver’s License with the ability to travel
Job Duties/ Skills:
Develop and implement outreach strategies targeting area businesses, facilities, and hospitals to promote the ACT program and referral process Conduct direct in-person outreach on an on-going basis with referral sources to distribute ACT information and obtain possible referrals Meet with the ACT Director weekly to discuss ways to increase ACT enrollment, set goals, budgets, and timelines for various ACT teams. Document and track referrals that were completed and thank referral sources. Review referrals for completeness and follow up to collect any missing information to complete the referral. Maintain ongoing communication with the ACT Director to address any barriers to successful referrals Monitor and manage referral source tracking through a detailed spreadsheet system Help create and execute regional strategies to reach 100 ACT participants per area Represent the organization at ACT-related community meetings or events as assigned by the ACT Director Maintain a spreadsheet which enables the tracking of referral sources, contact information and current status as a referral source Maintain ethical standards and uphold the company’s professional image at all times Ensure a clean driving record to support travel and outreach responsibilities
