Appliance Sales Specialist 50k-75k Dracut Appliance Center Dracut, MA 01826 Dracut Appliance Center is looking for a new sales associate in our Dracut and Tewksbury locations! We’re looking for someone with high energy and good organizational skills to take care of customers during and after their visits to Dracut Appliance. Dracut Appliance has been family owned and operated since 1949. We sell and service every major brand of appliances. Some requirements for the job include: Keeping the work environment neat and clean. Ensuring that all products or merchandise are placed in their respective areas. Helping customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives. Actively engaged in developing more effective customer service skills. Being knowledgeable about the benefits and uses of each appliance. Communicating with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters. Greeting customers with a positive demeanor. Maintaining an enthusiastic and upbeat personality. Handling sales transactions, which may include operating cash registers. Providing honest and positive feedback to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers’ expectations.
