Opportunity:

Beantown Builders is a fast-growing construction companyspecializing in the modernization of existing properties from frame tofinish. We also build additions, new structures, and ADUs. We’relooking for a proven closer who’s ready to own their pipeline andmaximize income. This is a no-handholding position. If you’re anexperienced sales rep in construction or remodeling and know how toproduce, this is the platform to grow your income without a ceiling.

What You’ll Do:

Work warm, qualified leads (no cold calling unless youwant to) Run consultations, scope projects, and use our software togenerate on-site estimates Trial close and present proposals withconfidence Manage your own pipeline in our CRM (EngageBay) Get paid whenwe get paid
