Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline. This role will involve developing and executing a sales strategy, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and generating new leads to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively prospect and identify new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through exceptional customer service and account management
  • Utilize sales management skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market to stay ahead of competitors
  • Identify and capitalize on new market trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and a unified sales approach
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activity, manage leads, and analyze sales data
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and business development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activity and pipeline performance
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in customer service and account management
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Experience with sales management software and tools
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience in business development and market research
  • Experience in inside sales or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
