Do you want to use your social media skills at work? North End Subaruand Mazda is hiring a BDC Representative. There has never been a bettertime to advance your career in the automotive industry. This individualwill play one of the most important roles in the dealership in growingbusiness and driving sales. We are growing and looking to add a talentedindividual to our Business Development Center. The BDC (BusinessDevelopment Center) Representative focuses on increasing the salestraffic of the dealer by handling inbound sales calls and makingoutbound calls which produce solid and specific appointments for thesales department. The BDC Rep acts as the essential communications linkbetween the customer and the dealership. Must be friendly, patient,enthusiastic and a self-motivated team player with outstandingcommunication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities andRequirements:

This position will be responsible for handling leads,inbound phone calls and customer retention Follow up on customer leadsand build relationships with clients to close sales Make phone calls Setappointments Automotive experience is a plus, but training will beprovided to the right candidate Customer service skills Telephoneetiquette Computer proficiency Listen and be attentive to customer needsStrong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention todetails and works well in a process-driven environment Representing thedealership professionally and enthusiastically Understands automobilesby studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing andcontrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles. Utilize CRMsystem daily Outgoing Personality Team-oriented Must be able to worksome to all Saturday?s Provides administrative assistance as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned. Helps to ensure that the BDC/phonesare not left unattended Asks every customer for the appointment duringany call Adds detailed notes to customers CRM accounts for eachcorrespondence including, but not limited to, stock numbers, price, orlease quotes along with all e-mails back and forth. Ensures that allappointments are given to management so that the car of choice may bestaged for the customer Attends all Company meetings as required by theposition Supports other agents in the department when necessaryProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Properly inform and advisecustomers on what to expect with their appointments Bi-lingual is alwaysa plus! Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends Stayup to date on BDC/Sales Best Practices and Product Knowledge Ability tomulti-task Daily and Monthly performance reporting
