Summary:

Responsible for acting as an inside sales employee whose primary responsibility entails selling material and products on the sales counter, by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Handles counter sales. Shows and educates customers on products in the showroom when necessary. Answers phones to service customers. Assists and develops relationships with customers offering selections to their needs. Establishes quotes for customers. Processes all types of orders for delivery. Continues to increase knowledge with product trainings. Handles cash, credit card and check sales. Oversees customer/supplier returns. Provides cash drawer reports. Stocks showroom.
