In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, promote our products, and ensure a seamless sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Duties Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets. Utilize sales support software to track customer interactions and manage leads. Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Engage with customers through upselling techniques to enhance their purchasing experience. Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on improving sales performance. Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Foster relationships with multilingual or bilingual customers, ensuring clear communication. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with retail math concepts to analyze sales data effectively. Proficiency in using sales pipeline software for tracking progress and managing leads. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management. Excellent verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer engagement. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
