Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agency goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients. Collaborate with the agent to understand business operations and agency management. Participate in training and development programs to enhance industry knowledge and skills. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Assist in marketing initiatives to promote agency services. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
