About HNO HNO is a proud third-generation family business that began in 1954. We specialize in Homestyle Fried Chicken and co-packing products for others. This position spans Mississippi and Tennessee, serving convenience stores, restaurant chains, food producers, food distributors, and large chain grocery stores. At HNO, we blend tradition with innovation to deliver quality and value to every customer. This Position will reside in the North Mississippi or West Tennessee area. What You’ll Do As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the trusted partner for convenience stores, restaurant chains, food producers, food distributors, and large chain grocery stores.
Your role will include:
Building Relationships :
Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Growing Business :
Identify new opportunities, present innovative products and services, and help customers succeed.
Managing Your Territory :
Balance new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts. Travel within Mississippi, Tennessee, and surrounding markets (up to 4 days/wk).
Using Smart Tools :
Leverage technology like CRM platforms, MS Office Suite, and analytics to plan, forecast, and track your success. Collaborating with a
Team :
Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and results. What You Bring A BS in Marketing or related business field preferred or equivalent sales experience. 1-3+ years of sales or foodservice experience A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A passion for helping others and a drive to succeed Self-starter mindset – Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive sales growth.
