Used Car Salesman Mitch Motors Granite Falls, NC 28630 Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. You will leverage your sales skills and automotive knowledge to meet customer needs and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Assist in getting vehicles ready to be on the lot. Conduct cold calling and follow-up outreach to potential clients. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options. Assist customers in test driving vehicles and answering any questions they may have. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities. Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings. Experience Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Proficient in math for handling transactions and financing calculations. Experience in outbound sales or cold calling is an advantage. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers a weekly salary along with a set commission per sold vehicle.
