Sales Director Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with customers interested in fixed wireless access (FWA) solutions. You will be working directly in the field, prospecting and closing deals with businesses and residential clients in need of reliable, high-speed internet connectivity via fixed wireless technology.

Key Responsibilities:
ProspectingLead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Qualify leads and generate a pipeline of potential customers seeking high-speed internet solutions via fixed wireless access.

Sales PresentationsDemonstrations:

Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with potential clients to demonstrate the benefits of FWA technology. Develop tailored proposals and presentations based on customer needs, including pricing and technical specifications.

Sales Process Management:

Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to the closing of the deal. Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients to maintain engagement and close deals. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring smooth onboarding after the sale.

MarketProduct Knowledge:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and the technical specifications of fixed wireless access solutions. Provide insights and feedback from clients to the product and marketing teams to enhance offers.

ReportingAdministration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system. Submit regular sales reports and forecast updates to management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in telecommunications, internet services, or technology solutions. Strong understanding of fixed wireless access technology and its benefits for businesses and residential clients. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with a high level of motivation and a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the sales team and other departments. Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling fixed wireless access, broadband, or similar internet technologies. Familiarity with the telecommunications or broadband industry. Technical background or understanding of Fixed Wireless.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure. Expense reimbursement for business-related travel.
