About The Position Your role involves in-home sales, assisting homeowners with their painting needs. All leads are generated in-house, and appointments are scheduled by our dedicated office and marketing managers. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent on estimates, client meetings, and follow-ups. The remaining 10% will involve team-building, meetings, training, and administrative tasks. Our focus heavily revolves around your personal and professional training and development. About The Company We are on a rapid growth trajectory, both locally and nationally. Compensation We are transitioning to a commission-only model with no base salary. Your earnings will be determined by a 5-8% commission on total revenue sold. Get paid with every check you bring us. Qualifications & Requirements While experience is not required, a passion for sales and a willingness to learn are essential. Proven track record of success in any field is a plus. A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Exceptional communication skills. A strong work ethic paired with ambition. Self-motivated and results-oriented. The ability to work independently. Experience in the painting or contracting industry is a plus, though not mandatory. A college degree in Business or related field is a plus, but not required.
