Sales Coordinator Spyglass Talent Solutions Clayton, NC 27520 Spyglass Talent Solutions, a boutique talent solutions firm based in Raleigh, NC, is partnering with a sustainable agricultural venture based in Eastern to find a Market Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in advancing the mission of the organization by supporting sales operations, customer engagement, and market expansion initiatives. This individual will work cross-functionally with logistics, operations, and marketing teams to drive customer satisfaction and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Help create and maintain a sales system including scripts, presentations, and marketing materials to ensure an organized sales approach. Develop expertise in the company’s products and agricultural background to support education-based sales. Build and manage relationships with internal teams, external vendors, retailers, and customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities through wholesale accounts (retail, restaurants, etc.). Create and maintain an account management plan to sustain strong business relationships. In collaboration with the operations team, ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs, requests, and issues. Prepare reports on customer accounts, transactions, product trends, and sales analytics. Monitor order fulfillment workflows to ensure efficiency, including occasional deliveries to customers. Assist with client relationship management via feedback loops, customer service, surveys, and engagement tools. Create and document standard operating procedures to streamline sales processes. Assist in managing the customer loyalty program and online CRM tools. In collaboration with Operations, Logistics, and Sales team members, represent the company at retail locations, farmers markets, pop-up events, and farm tours. Collaborate with leadership to identify new products, revenue channels, and sales opportunities. Maintain and expand external partner relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and restaurants. Represent the company at industry events, showcasing products and engaging potential partners. Develop weekly wholesale communications to promote product offerings. Support the Marketing team on sales-driven initiatives and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or account management—ideally within food, agriculture, or retail sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building lasting relationships. Proactive problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools, e-commerce systems, and standard sales workflows. Experience in sales reporting, analytics, and identifying growth opportunities. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to occasionally travel for work events such as farmers markets or retail activations. Alignment with the company’s mission and values around sustainability, local agriculture, and community impact.

Job Type:

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
