Job Description:
As a Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. Generate outbound sales calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-up communications. Qualify leads and gather necessary information to assess customer needs and preferences. Collaborate closely with sales managers and team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Experience:
Automotive experience: 1 year (Preferred) We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission.
