Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Residential Sales Representative. As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships in the residential market. Duties:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential market
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
• Utilize Active knocker or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to effectively promote our products

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or outside sales, preferably in the residential market
• Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proficient in negotiation techniques
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
