In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their home’s lighting needs and providing exceptional service. Your responsibility will include engaging with a diverse customer base, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through our wide range of products to help them make informed purchasing decisions. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will focus on creating a welcoming and informative shopping environment. You will have the opportunity to showcase our lighting fixtures, and you will work closely with our knowledgeable team to ensure that all customers have a positive experience. You’ll be involved in inventory management and merchandising while also promoting special offers and new arrivals to optimize sales. Your strong communication and customer service skills will enable you to establish lasting relationships with our clientele, turning one-time shoppers into loyal customers.
