Sales Team Leader Trainee Protect 1 Family Wilmington, NC 28405 We’re growing in the Wilmington area and hiring a Sales Team Leader Trainee. This is a sales-first position where you’ll work directly with local businesses in and around Wilmington, helping them find solutions that meet their needs and building strong relationships within your territory. As you gain experience and reach performance milestones, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into leadership and take on more responsibility within the team. What You’ll Do Manage an assigned local territory and meet face to face with business owners and decision makers. Present options clearly and confidently in one-on-one meetings Build lasting relationships and follow up with new and existing accounts Track your progress and client interactions using our CRM tools Participate in hands on training, including leadership development and weekly meetings.
