Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of ReDrive—guiding customers through purchasing their vehicles while preserving our warm, respectful, and customer-first ethos. Your responsibility is to help people find the right car and feel genuinely supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome walk-in and online customers with a friendly approach Understand customer needs and budget to match them with suitable inventory Effectively communicate ReDrive’s transparent, no-fee sales philosophy Coordinate test drives, vehicle prep, and final purchase paperwork Collaborate with our sales and service teams to uphold efficiency Contribute actively to our positive, family-centered work culture

Must-Have Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills Empathy-driven and patient mindset with a genuine interest in helping people Sales aptitude with a service-focused, consultative approach Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail Comfortable working on-site in a team-oriented environment Prior customer service or automotive experience is a plus
