Outside Sales Representative – NH Upper Valley 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars West Lebanon, NH 03784 • Hybrid work Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the building and construction industry? Windows & Doors By Brownell (WDB) is expanding and seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and represent WDB in the New Hampshire Upper Valley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships + driving sales growth, with builders, architects and homeowners.
What You’ll Do:
Business Development & Customer Relationships:
Maintain, prospect and generate opportunities by identifying and growing relationships with builders, contractors, architects and homeowners in the greater NH Upper Valley area. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with products and services. Conduct on-site consultations to understand customer needs and deliver high-level support.
Product Expertise:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our window and door product lines, including technical specifications and installation processes (extensive training provided). Provide guidance on product selection, benefits, and customization options. Read plans and specifications while preparing takeoffs, bids and quotations
Territory Management:
Plan and execute sales activities within the NH Upper Valley to maximize coverage and sales opportunities.
Maintain Salesforce:
activities, leads and opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with WDB teams to provide high quality and value add services to clients. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and product launches to stay informed about the latest industry trends.
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry. Understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently within the assigned territory. Familiarity with the NH Upper Valley and its market dynamics is a plus.
