The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth by engaging with prospective customers as well as existing customers in person, on the phone, and through email. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, a growth oriented mindset, and a passion for driving results. Duties Collaborate with customers to help determine the most effective products for their projects. Provide competitive pricing and accurate inventory or lead time information. Effectively communicate the benefits of utilizing the products that we offer. Follow up on “hot” leads and track project progress. Lead other core day to day business operations which include but are not limited to: inventory management, picking orders for customers, packing shipments, receiving daily orders from UPS/FedEx/Truckers, as well as making occasional material deliveries. Qualifications Must have a great interest in a sales and customer service based role. Proficiency in using basic computer software such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and drive sales growth. A proactive approach with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. Valid Driver’s License Ability to lift boxes that could way 25-50lbs or sometimes more.
