We provide credit card payment solutions and advanced POS systems to local businesses, empowering our clients with lower fees, efficient terminals, and real-time analytics. We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrato r to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Introduce payment processing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses Build and manage client relationships Conduct product presentations (credit card terminals, POS systems, dual pricing models) Report daily activities and participate in team meetings Collaborate with the internal support and onboarding teams Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service. Assist with sales processes by preparing documents, managing customer inquiries, and following up on leads. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics such as venue selection and catering arrangements. Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity. Experience Sales experience preferred (but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Korean, Spanish, or preferred but not mandatory) Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships. Familiarity with sales processes or experience in a sales environment is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
