Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail sales lead/key holder to join our team. As a sales lead, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure excellent customer service by leading and coaching the sales team
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement marketing initiatives and promotions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Previous experience in store management or assistant management role preferred
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance
• Demonstrated success in driving retail sales and achieving targets
