We are a very busy office in Cherry hill that provides benefits and healthcare options to our clients across the country. In advance of open enrollment, we are looking for an inside salesperson. We are happy to train and license. No need to generate any leads and best of all, no cold calling!

• Health and Life Insurance Sales Representative if already licensed, or will train and license
• This is a full-time, in-office role. NO remote work.
• Enroll and educate clients for Health Insurance and other Group Insurance products
• No need to generate leads. 750+ leads per month to contact
• no cold calling, no outreach necessary, all leads generated internally
• Year-round work
• Assist individuals in completing enrollment on-line applications accurately and efficiently
• Conduct outreach activities/calls to promote enrollment and increase program awareness
• Provide guidance and support to clients navigating the enrollment process

Experience:

• Previous selling experience or the desire to start a career in sales
• Strong communication and sales skills for discussions with potential clients
• Ability to effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
