Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. A road warrior! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with prospective clients, driving sales of our fuel products, and achieving revenue targets. You’ll utilize your exceptional skills and extensive network of contacts to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on securing new customers. Utilize your existing network of contacts to identify potential business opportunities and create new relationships. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers. Provide product education and technical support to clients as needed. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (a plus). Proven track record of success in motor oil, additives, tires, or other related industries. Direct in person experience in sales to parts and equipment companies, construction, transportation, and manufacturing industries is a must! Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software.
