Weare looking for a high-performing Freight Broker with provenexperience in perishables and refrigerated freight . This is aremote position , but candidates must be located near Madison, WI(Reasonable Driving Distance) for occasional in-personcollaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full freightbrokerage process: prospecting, booking, tracking, and delivery.

Handle temperature-sensitive loads with precision and urgency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.

Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and customerrequirements. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logisticssolutions.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience infreight brokerage, specifically in refrigerated/perishable freight. Demonstrated success in cradle-to-grave operations (includingoperational or carrierproblem resolution). Strong communication,negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency with TMSplatforms and standard load boards. Must be based near Madison, WI(Realistic Driving Distance). Only candidates with provenexperience need apply.
