We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative (Construction) to support our team. This role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities Manage potential client list Meet potential clients, assess job site and begin preparing proposal Prepare proposal and sign jobs Ensure jobs are progressing smoothly and stay on top of deadlines Conduct follow-ups with clients and vendors as needed Call and communicate effectively to explain project details and requirements Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to clearly explain information over the phone Comfortable with computer-based tasks and organization Eager to learn and grow within the company Probationary Training Period You will be shadowing our Senior Sales Manager Complete a Home Improvement Sales training course
