Job Description
Entry Level Sales Representative Worthing Air 345 Changebridge Road, Pine Brook, NJ 07058 Role Description This entry-level position involves hands-on training and mentorship in sales techniques, customer service, HVAC knowledge, and the sales process. The role includes identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation strategies. Responsibilities Include Participating in a structured training program covering product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer relationship management. Shadowing experienced sales representatives to learn techniques and company best practices. Assisting with identifying potential customers and generating leads. Supporting the sales team with prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining CRM data. Attending client meetings and participating in presentations under supervision. Learning to understand customer needs and recommending appropriate products/services. Achieving training benchmarks and sales goals set by the Sales Manager. Providing customer service throughout the sales cycle. Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships. Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of the commercial HVAC/Mechanical industry preferred but not required.
