Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.

Product Knowledge:

Provide detailed information about Kia vehicles, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Sales Process:

Present and negotiate pricing options, financing terms, and trade-in offers to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Updates:

Stay up-to-date with Kia product knowledge, pricing, and dealership promotions.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to provide excellent service and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus). Previous sales experience preferred. Automotive experience not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
