The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, engaging in direct and outside sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to conduct product demonstrations that highlight the value of our offerings. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the design/engineering team to develop custom products. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and confirming order delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities. Prepare and present sales proposals that align with client objectives and budget considerations. Requirements Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving targets. Experience in outside sales, direct sales, or B2B environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques in sales strategies.
