BioBee North America Sales support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by analyze sales and profitability and create periodical reports.
• Generate sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to assist leadership in decision-making.
• Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Consolidate weekly purchasing requirements and send orders to vendors. Coordinate ontime supply.
• Communicate and look for alternative solutions in case of shortages and assist in building an effective supply-chain.
• Consolidate a periodic sales/Purchasing forecast (annual, quarter, weekly) to communicate with the suppliers.
• Direct responsibility for Canada customer service — order-to-cash
• Maintain an updated customers’ pricing and credit in the system
• Responsible for monitoring and influencing the reconciliation and collection of receivables in a prompt and professional manner.
• Review freight cost and prepare reports to support the freight quotation provided to customers
• Handle time-matter orders to be sent to suppliers outside of regular business working hours
• Receive customers’ orders into the ERP system.
• Keeps customers and sales team informed about their orders by forwarding notices, shipment dates and method, and status.
• Manage the tracking of shipments en-route to customers. Track shipments, maintain accurate records of tracking information and proactively communicate with customers to inform them of any delays.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed.
• Assist the sales team on reaching out to existing and new customers and distribute marketing materials.
• Support the sales team with their schedule. meetings with customers, conferences, and trade shows.
• Assist the sales team in preparations and appearance in national and regional marketing events including trade shows, conferences, and seminars
• Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns including social Media.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the company managers.

Required Skills /

Experience:

• 3-5 years’ Proven experience as a Sales support/ customer service role in a commercial company or in a similar role with exposure to sales analytics and pricing. MUST!!!!
• Experience managing people – is a PLUS.
• Strong knowledge of sales reporting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of any ERP system is a plus.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Understanding of pricing strategies and market analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
