As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help us maintain strong relationships with our customers while supporting our Sales and Operations teams. Position Summary The Sales and Customer Support Specialist will work closely with our Regional Sales Manager and Operations team, serving as a key point of contact for customer service needs and providing administrative and logistical support for sales activities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and enjoys problem-solving, organization, and multitasking.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and account inquiries. Investigate and resolve issues efficiently and accurately. Track and document customer interactions to identify service trends and improvements. Deliver excellent service via phone, email, and in-person communication. Collaborate with Sales, Fulfillment, and Operations teams to ensure quick resolutions.
Sales & Inventory Support:
Assist the Regional Sales Manager with data entry, reporting, and order processing. Track product and merchandise inventory to ensure availability. Monitor sales trends and provide feedback to improve customer retention. Maintain detailed records of transactions, customer communications, and issue resolution. Help coordinate deliveries, product availability, and follow-ups. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or administrative support (experience in the cannabis industry is a plus). Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, onsite environment. Familiarity with New Jersey cannabis regulations is a plus. Why Join Us?
