Med Spa Coordinator/Sales Professional Position Available In Union, New Jersey

Med Spa Coordinator/Sales Professional Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness 89 Summit Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901 Our Medspa Coordinators are our main customer service representatives through both face-to-face and phone interaction with patients. You serve as the first point of contact for patients and are responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role combines administrative, organizational, and client-focused responsibilities to support the smooth daily operations of the spa. As the liaison between our clients and our certified Providers, our Receptionists schedule appointments. Most importantly this position will entail selling memberships and up selling services, retail and gift cards to our clients. You must have a passion for people, a gift to gab and be a fast learner, with a positive attitude!

Responsibilities are as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience:

Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.

Scheduling:

Manage appointments efficiently using scheduling software, ensuring maximum productivity.

Client Relations:

Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge.

Sales Support:

Promote skincare products, services, and packages based on client needs.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate client records, process payments, and manage daily reports.

Facility Oversight:

Ensure the reception area and treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Team Collaboration:

Support providers by anticipating client needs and assisting with coordination of services.

Position Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a client-facing, administrative, or sales role (experience in a medspa, salon, or luxury setting preferred) Sales experience in retail or spa settings with proven results; membership sales is a plus Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional customer service and communication skills A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in a fast pace environment Computer proficiency knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision Exceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi tasking Critical thinking sales, including customer conflict resolution Professional appearance and demeanor Have reliable transportation to and from work Passion for aesthetics and wellness is a plus!
