Position:

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills , preferably with previous job experience involving daily customer interaction , whether through in-person conversations, phone, or other communication channels. Sales experience is a plus, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone who can connect with people, solve problems, and confidently present solutions .

Job Expectations:

Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and coworkers Be comfortable handling multiple tasks and adapting to daily challenges Demonstrate a positive attitude , integrity, and professional behavior Must be willing and able to walk on roofs (or have the courage to learn—we’ll train you) Must be coachable and eager to grow within the company Be confident in door-to-door knocking , keeping conversations going, and handling rejection without losing energy or professionalism
