From the studio in Stockholm, the label explores the appeal of a modern uniform through distinct design cues, meticulous craftsmanship and methodic repetition. TOTEME is a conscious label committed to making decisions that work in favor of people, animals and the planet. TOTEME is looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to join our store on Madison Avenue in New York. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience. Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets. Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain a visually compelling store environment. Plan and execute daily store operations. Work towards company standards and goals. Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
YOUR PROFILE
Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand. Fluent in both spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME’s Madison Avenue store with an immediate start. The hourly salary for this role ranges between $20-25/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience. TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, and New York, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
