Responsibilities Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the achievement of sales goals. Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and accuracy. Utilize math skills to analyze pricing strategies and adjust as necessary to maximize profitability. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and transaction processing. Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Provide ongoing training development to ensure the team is informed about new products and sales techniques. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of inventory. Foster a customer-centric environment by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Promote wireless sales initiatives to drive revenue growth. Skills Strong inventory management skills with attention to detail. Proficient in math for pricing analysis and stock management. Experience with cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Ability to recruit effectively and develop training programs for team members. Knowledge of wireless sales processes is a plus.
