Description Summary:
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing quality customer service and assisting the sales team in gaining and maintaining customers. The Inside Sales Specialist will coordinate with sales, operations, suppliers, and customers to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Take customer orders via phone
Build and maintain client relationships
Process customer orders into the system and prepare paperwork for shipping
Run and develop reports using various computer systems and software
Research and resolve customer inquiries on account issues
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customers information
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
At least 2 years of customer service experience is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
