JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Consultant is responsible for growingmarket share in the designated markets. Responsible for satisfyingcustomer needs and meeting management objectives. Must maintain andgrow customer base by penetrating existing accounts and opening newaccounts. Develop a close working relationship with customers andall internal company departments. The Sales Consultant isresponsible for growing market share in the designated markets.

The work territory for this position covers Western/CentralPennsylvania. While the preferred location for candidates isGreensburg, PA, it is not a requirement. Candidates must live nofurther than 20 miles from the territory or be willing to relocateat their own expense (relocation is not approved for thisposition).
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Managing existing customer base.
Visit weekly, provide marketing flyers, menu ideas and marketupdates.
- Prospecting/opening new accounts to meet companyobjectives and CMP goals.
- Pricing and order-guide building
- Collecting past due balances
- Attend all sales meetings andtrainings
- Maintain a great working relationship with customerservice department and operational teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School degree or equivalent Experience
- Minimum 2 years ofsales, and/or chef/restaurant management experience, and/or related(Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality; or Culinary Arts) degree
- 1 year of outside foodservice sales experience preferred
- Restaurant management / chef experience preferred Skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, and some knowledge ofSalesforce a plus
- Working knowledge of warehouse distribution, aplus
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented Decision MakingAuthority
- Profitability of a customer
