Landscape/Hardscape Salesman North Country Unlimited Inc. 1360 East Lisburn Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong desire to drive sales. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience. This role is essential in building lasting relationships with clients and contributing to the overall success of our business. Responsibilities Grow Client base with a focus on relationships by building trust and exceeding customer expectations. Communicate openly with the customer throughout the sales process, follow-up at project completion to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Sell Profitable design/build proposals that meet or exceed sales goals. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Attend various networking events to generate new leads Maintain the sales pipeline throughout the prospecting and sales process. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to learn and efficiently utilize new software. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
