Sales Support Specialist – Industrial Applications Position Available In Delaware, Pennsylvania

Sales Support Specialist – Industrial Applications Young Powertech 3060 Plaza Drive, Garnet Valley, PA 19060 Young Powertech, a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of mechanical and hydraulic products used in mobile and industrial applications has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales/Customer Service representative to support the sales team. The position is located at the company headquarters in Garnet Valley, PA.

The specific job duties include:

• Answer phone calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Answer questions, take orders, and follow-up with customers.
• Contact customers to follow-up on quotes.
• Work with production planning team to get status of orders.
• Maintain notes of activities in company CRM.
• Timely and accurate completion of other sales or customer related projects as assigned.

Specific skills required include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or inside sales experience.
• Experience using Sage 100 or another CRM system, a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good English grammar.
• Good telephone skills and etiquette.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
