Your Mission:

Help us take this exciting product line directly to the teams where they play.

Primary Location:

The SV Sports retail store at Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim, PA-the largest indoor sports facility in the U.S., featuring 34 basketball courts and hosting large tournaments weekly. With over 150,000 athletes and thousands of coaches attending every year, there is a pool of potential customers coming to you. ________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for Overtime custom basketball uniforms by engaging with coaches and club directors at Spooky Nook Sports
• Convert weekend tournament interactions into sales by following up promptly and effectively.
• Actively prospect through provided contact lists and your own research.
• Meet weekly lead generation and activity targets.
• Become an expert in custom uniform offerings through structured training.
• Work closely with our sales support team to manage performance and schedule via our proprietary CRM.

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter with a passion for basketball and youth sports.
• Comfortable working most weekends in a tournament-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills – you’ll be talking to coaches, organizers and players regularly
• Demonstrated success in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
• Creative, resourceful, and highly motivated.
• On-site at Spooky Nook Sports for ALL tournament weekends
