Denver, PA Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Representative at Direct Wire & Cable! Are you a driven, customer-focused professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our customer base while supporting a seamless sales experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Denver, PA.

In This Role, You Will:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into long-term customers
Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to drive market share and meet sales goals
Qualify and nurture leads while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
Use Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage opportunities, and report on sales metrics
Assist with quotations, order processing, and administrative support
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments for resolution
Maintain accurate documentation of account activities and communications
Support the sales team in achieving collective goals and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education preferred)
2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive, customer-first mindset aligned with Direct Wire’s core values
Willingness to travel up to 10% and a valid driver’s license
